Lucknow: Five people, including a juvenile, were arrested on Saturday for the murder of a 19-year-old man in Kushinagar on Aug 1, police said.The victim, Adarsh Chauhan of Chakhni Khas village, was allegedly stabbed in the abdomen by a group of youths who objected to his regular contact with a girl. He later succumbed to his injuries.According to police, Adarsh had been in touch with the girl for some time, a relationship the accused allegedly disapproved of. Nagpur: Acting on specific intelligence that gold smuggled through the Indo-Bangladesh border was being transported for delivery in Mumbai, officers of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Nagpur, intercepted a passenger at Nagpur Railway Station and recovered 2 kg gold bars worth Rs 3 crore.The passenger was travelling in Jnaneswari Express. On Aug 4, a thorough search led to the recovery of 16 gold bars of foreign origin, tightly packed with brown adhesive tape and wrapped in old newspapers.
