Jaipur: Under the aegis of Annual September Jaipur Polo Season 2026, the final of the Army Commander’s Cup (6-goal) was played on Sunday evening at the Cavalry Ground. In an exciting contest between Team Jaipur and Team V Polo, Team Jaipur put up an impressive performance to lift the Army Commander’s Cup by a score of 11-5.For Team Jaipur, Padmanabh Singh hammered 8 goals and single-handedly guided his team to victory. Martin Carlos Donovan slammed a couple of goals, while Vishwaraj Singh chipped in with a goal. Akshai Malik also played for the team.For Team V Polo, Vishal Singh Rathore (3 goals) and Gonzalo Miguel Yanzoon (2 goals) fought hard. Nimit Mehta and Mukesh Singh were the other members of the losing side.

BHAVNAGAR POLO TROPHY (8-GOAL)The matches for the Bhavnagar Polo Trophy (8-goal) under the season are set to begin from Tuesday, Sept 29. The opening match of the tournament will be played at 5pm at the Rajasthan Polo Club Ground between Team Mayfair Polo and Team Mayfair 84.Team Mayfair Polo will feature Jayvirsinh Gohil, Ranshay Purohit, Kuldeep Singh Rathore and Martin Carlos Donovan, while Team Mayfair 84 will field Anay Shah, Pratap Singh Kanota, Hurr Ali and Shamsheer Ali.
