Pune: In this rapidly changing world, businesses are moving beyond simply using technology to transform how they operate fundamentally. At the heart of this transformation are three powerful forces: SAP, artificial intelligence and autonomous systems. To ensure that academia keeps pace with these changes, The Times of India has started Leaders on Campus initiative to connect college students with accomplished leaders’, industry expert’s and practitioners. As a part of this initiative, TOI will host its next session at PIBM College on Saturday, Oct 17 on the topic ‘Blueprinting Tomorrow’s Intelligent Enterprise: Accelerating Business Transformation with SAP, AI & Autonomous Systems’.With its focus on enterprise intelligence, autonomous systems and future leadership, Leaders on Campus – promises to create a thought-provoking platform for understanding the changing relationship between technology, business and people. The discussions will also explore how AI is expected to reshape critical business functions over the coming years. The agenda raises questions around the future of finance, marketing, human resources, operations, supply chain and customer experience. This offers an opportunity for all PIBM students to look at AI not merely as a technological development, but as a business transformation that can influence multiple functions within an organisation. The event will further examine the capabilities organisations are likely to seek from management professionals entering an increasingly AI-enabled workplace. This makes the discussion particularly relevant for students preparing to transition from management education into the corporate environment. The event ultimately looks beyond technology adoption to the question of leadership. It explores how industry and management education can prepare young professionals not just to work with AI, but eventually to lead AI-enabled enterprises.GraphicThe Times Of IndiaPRESENTS1.
