I take the Metro from Gitanjali Metro station to Central daily. If Metro services start early, it will help me reach school a little earlier and not be anxious about delays or service disruptions,” Roy said.The 6 am to 7 am service window is expected to be suitable for students as they can reach school on time. Even if they miss a train, the next one will arrive after 15 minutes. Frequency of the metro services will increase after 7 am.“We understand that the Blue Line, with a 5 lakh daily ridership, and the Green Line with a 2-lakh daily passenger count needed these modifications.
