NEW DELHI: Delhi Police have registered an FIR over the alleged assault of a head constable who was recording a video while in plain clothes during a visit by AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal to Tilak Nagar.According to Delhi Police, the FIR names AAP leaders Saurabh Bhardwaj and Jarnail Singh, along with AAP workers. Police said a separate FIR has also been registered against Sahib Singh.The head constable was allegedly surrounded by a crowd of AAP supporters while he was recording the proceedings. Police said he was assaulted during the incident.The head constable subsequently underwent a medical examination, police said.A case has been registered under sections relating to obstructing a public servant in the discharge of official duties and assaulting a public servant.
