Bokaro: A five-kg can bomb, 35 mt of codex wire, an electric wire bundle, and 38 semi-finished iron grenade shells were seized by Giridih police and CRPF during a join search operation at Jikhwabera forest in Parasnath hills on Sunday, police said.Giridih SP Bimal Kumar said, “Acting on intelligence inputs about explosives and weapons allegedly hidden by Maoists to carry out disruptive activities, a team led by ASP (Operations) Surjit Kumar and CRPF second-in-command Abhinav Anand recovered the items. Further investigation is under way.”
