Hyderabad: Youths from Scheduled Caste (SC) communities in Hyderabad district will now get financial support of up to 90% on electric vehicle costs through the subsidy-driven EV scheme launched by Telangana govt.The initiative is being implemented by the Hyderabad district administration to enable eligible youths to own electric two- and three-wheelers at minimal personal expense. Under the programme, beneficiaries can apply for either electric scooters or electric auto-rickshaws.
