Wardha: The food and civil supplies department raided five hotels at Nandgaon Chowk area in Hinganghat for allegedly using domestic LPG cylinders for commercial purposes, and seized seven cylinders. The actions was taken after officials received information that some hotels were using domestic LPG cylinders due to restrictions on supply of commercial cylinders.Food supply inspector Gaurav Bhandekar and naib tehsildar Nimaji Devne led the raids under the guidance of district supply officer Raju Ranvir and tehsildar Yogesh Shinde. The administration warned that strict action will be taken against those violating the rules.
