Srinagar, Mar 17: The Jammu & Kashmir Carrom Association, in association with District Srinagar Carrom Association and in collaboration with Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council, will organise the 5th J&K UT-Level Carrom Championship 2025–26 from March 29 to 31 at Sher-i-Kashmir Indoor Sports Complex (SKISC), Wazir Bagh, Srinagar.
The championship will feature competitions for boys and girls, men and women across four categories: Cadet (Under-12), Sub-Junior (Under-14), Junior (Under-18) and Senior. Players from various districts of Jammu & Kashmir are expected to participate.
The event aims to promote carrom and provide a competitive platform for young talent. Participants have been asked to submit details including name, parentage, address with district, date of birth, gender, institution and contact number by March 28.
Entries can be sent via email at [email protected] or through WhatsApp. The association has urged all district units, educational institutions and interested players to ensure maximum participation and timely submission of entries. The championship is expected to help promote indoor sports and identify talent for higher-level competitions.
