Bengaluru: Around 1,500 participants completed a 5K run organised by Padmashree Business School and Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences, an initiative aimed at promoting awareness about the importance of mental well-being among men. The run was organised in Kommaghatta, near Kengeri, on July 25.“Mental health continues to be one of the most overlooked aspects of men’s well-being. Our aim is to encourage open conversations on this vital social issue, reduce stigma and encourage individuals to seek support without hesitation. We hope to inspire society to recognize that seeking help is a sign of strength and that emotional well-being deserves equal attention,” said Shivaprasad G, director and professor at the institute. The event was organised with the support of Cash Back Developers, Decathlon and KK Media. “We had a diverse group of more than 1,500 runners, including students, faculty members, corporate professionals, fitness enthusiasts.
