Employees said he had opened the office around one-and-a-half years ago and was involved in real estate and property development work, with projects operating at several locations in and around Lucknow. The shooting took place between 12pm and 12:30pm when Singh arrived at his office with his driver, Pradeep Singh.Investigators said Singh stepped out of his vehicle and began walking towards the office while speaking on his mobile phone when two unidentified men on an Apache motorcycle approached him. Eyewitnesses told police the rider was wearing a helmet, while the pillion rider concealed his identity with a white scarf covering his face and a cap.The rider reportedly kept the motorcycle running as the pillion rider got down and moved towards Singh. Witnesses said Singh fell on the road after being hit by the initial rounds. The attacker, however, allegedly continued firing even after he was down. Doctors later declared him dead during treatment.
