Aizawl: The meeting of Mizoram’s Empowered Committee on Investment (ECoI), chaired by CM Lalduhoma, on Monday accepted the applications of four companies willing to establish ginger processing units in the state, an official statement said.The statement said the companies which submitted applications and accepted by the ECoI are — Sjar Consulting Private Limited in Uttar Pradesh’s Noida, Opickpure Organic Pvt Ltd in Himachal Pradesh’s Kangra, AV Biotech in Rajasthan’s Bikaner and Lushai Organic of Mizoram. The establishment of ginger processing units by the four firms are yet to be finalised.
