Shimla: The Indian Institute of Management Sirmaur held its 10th annual convocation at its Dhaula Kuan campus on April 19, graduating over 340 students across MBA, executive MBA, PhD and specialised programmes.Director Prafulla Y Agnihotri claimed that 220 companies offered more than 250 jobs during the placement drive. The average CTC stood at Rs 15.9 lakh per annum, with the highest at Rs 30 lakh. Yash Munot won the director’s gold medal and the gold medal for best all-round performance. In the executive MBA category, Kunal Gupta received the chairman’s gold medal, while Gunjan Kapoor was awarded the director’s gold medal. Keshav Jaswal secured the chairman’s gold medal for first rank in the MBA programme. Among others, Govind Garg received the gold medal for academic proficiency in finance, Pratham Kedia in marketing, and Aekkus Bir Singh Ahuja for best academic performance in MBA (tourism management).
