Kanpur: Jahanganj police on Tuesday conducted narco tests on three of the 11 accused named in the abduction and murder case of a 10-year-old boy in Korikheda village in Farrukhabad.SHO Poonam Awasthi took the three suspects to a forensic laboratory in Ghaziabad for the tests. She said their consent had been obtained and the tests were conducted after securing court permission and completing the required medical examinations.She said the report was expected within a week, after which the direction of the investigation would become clearer.Ashutosh Gupta was allegedly abducted on Dec 10, 2025, and his body was found in a potato field on Dec 14.His mother, Poonam Gupta, had lodged an FIR against 11 people at Jahanganj police station.Among the 11 named accused, three villagers, Anshu Jatav, Aditya Rajput and Sunny, underwent the narco tests.Police said the case was being investigated from all angles.
