Chandigarh: The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday said women beneficiaries in Punjab would start receiving monthly stipends under the ‘Maavan Dheeyan Satkar Yojna’ from July 1.AAP media in-charge Baltej Pannu said a three-month payment of Rs 3,000 each would be directly transferred to the bank accounts of general category beneficiaries, while women from the Scheduled Caste community would receive Rs 4,500 each.He said the process of crediting the amount would begin effectively from July 1.“The AAP govt has fulfilled all the guarantees it made before the 2022 assembly elections.
