Ranchi: Three persons were arrested for allegedly stealing a scooter and mobile phone from a person who fell unconscious on the road while driving on the city outskirts on Sunday night, police said on Friday.Police said the scooty and mobile phone and another two-wheeler were recovered from the accused, identified as Harsh Kumar, Pratik Kumar and Shivam Kumar, all aged 20 years.Police said the victim, Nishant Ekka, was moving from Satranji Bazaar to Lowadih on his scooter when he felt dizzy. As he stopped and sat at the roadside, he fell unconscious. When locals rescued him after about two hours, he found his scooter and mobile phone missing and informed Tupudana police.Based on information provided by locals, police cracked the case and arrested the accused, a statement said.
