Times News NetworkKanpur: As many as 21 out of 200 complaints were disposed of on the spot at Tehsil Diwas held in Ghatampur on Saturday.Setting a seven-day deadline for the disposal of the remaining cases, the district magistrate directed that each case be reviewed individually and that the official concerned will be held accountable if negligence is found at any level.Among the complaints received during the ‘Samadhan Diwas’ (Grievance Redressal Day), the highest number was 82 complaints pertaining to the revenue department, followed by 35 to the police, 25 to the development department, 13 to the electricity department, and 11 to the municipality. The remaining complaints related to other departments.
