Bhilwara: Two men were killed after an unidentified speeding vehicle hit their motorcycle near Aama Kalirdiya village under Badliyas police station area in Bhilwara district Saturday.SHO Jaswant Singh said the deceased were identified as Deepak Vaishnav (17), a resident of Kanyakheri village in Bhilwara, and his brother-in-law Rahul Vaishnav (24).According to police, Rahul came from Chittorgarh to Bhilwara Friday in connection with work. Next morning, he and Deepak were travelling by motorcycle to Deepak’s maternal grandparents’ house in Kharo Ka Kheda village. Near the pond at Aama village, an unidentified vehicle allegedly struck their motorcycle from behind and fled the spot. The impact of the collision was so severe that both victims died on the spot.Police reached the scene after receiving information about the accident and shifted the bodies for post-mortem at Kotdi Hospital. The bodies were later handed over to their family members.Deepak was a Class XI student, while Rahul worked in the catering business and is survived by his wife and a daughter.Police have registered a case and launched a search to identify the vehicle and driver involved in the accident.
