Gurgaon: Two people were killed and four others were injured after a truck allegedly rammed into a car on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway on Friday morning.The incident occurred at 1.40am near Marora cut under the Nagina police station area. Police said that all of them were returning home after finishing work in Delhi. The Innova car carrying six people had stopped near the Marora cut on the side lane when the speeding truck hit it from behind and fled the spot. The impact left the car badly damaged.Vipin, 38, a resident of Delhi’s Bawana, and Musa alias Mosim, 35, a resident of Ted village in Nuh district, died on the spot. Four other occupants sustained injuries and were rushed to a hospital. The condition of one of the injured is stated to be critical.A team from the Nagina police station reached the spot and started rescue operations. “The bodies were sent for an autopsy. Vipin’s autopsy was conducted at Madikheda Hospital, while that of Musa alias Mausam’s was conducted at Nalhar Medical College,” an officer said.The CCTV footage from the area is being analysed to ascertain the details of the vehicle and its driver. A family member said that they were visiting relatives a day earlier and were returning when the accident occurred.
