Prayagraj: As many as 15 boozers were challaned by the cops on charges of consuming liquor at public places in the city on Sunday night.Police carried out a drive against boozers enjoying liquor at public places and roads like PD Tondan marg, Tashkent road, NY road and Thornhill road and outside liquor shops.A senior official told TOI that specially constituted teams of police intensified vigil on streets and caught the violators red-handed. Cops carried out checks at three prime spots to catch the boozers.
