Ahmedabad: Vatva police have booked 12 persons for allegedly making and posting threatening and abusive videos on social media with the intention of creating fear and harassment among residents in the area.The complaint filed by Vatva police sub-inspector J K Rathod states that the main accused Iqbalkhan Mewati has several criminal cases including violence, robbery registered against him and had been earlier detained under PASA. The complaint stated that the videos were uploaded on his Instagram account on different dates in Nov and Dec last year. tnn
