Berhampur: Forest officials on Monday arrested 11 fishermen for illegally entering the banned area of Nalaban, a wildlife sanctuary in Chilika Lake. Two mechanized boats, two motor engines, super dubinets (13) and bamboo oar (two), thermocol boxes (two) were seized from their possession. During patrolling in the lake by the staff of Chilika range, they found two groups consisting of fishermen who had illegally entered the banned sanctuary area on the mechanized boats.
