Surat: Gujarat state operations head of 108 EMRI Green Health Services Satish Patel reviewed emergency and allied public service projects in Surat and Tapi districts on Saturday, assessing performance, discussing operational challenges and seeking feedback from field staff across multiple services.Patel interacted with personnel from 108 Emergency Response, Khilkhilat, Mobile Sanjeevani, 112, 181 and 1962 services during the visit. He conducted a review of project performance and discussed challenges affecting service delivery.Patel sought feedback on day-to-day operations from employees and appreciated their role in delivering emergency and essential services to citizens. He also gave guidance on improving response times, operational efficiency and service quality. Employees were encouraged to strengthen teamwork and maintain a sensitive approach. The visit aimed to review service delivery mechanisms in the two districts and reinforce efforts towards improvement in public services.
