Abhay SinghPatna: The state govt on Friday transferred 10 IAS officers in the ranks of director, additional secretary and joint secretary.They include information and public relations department (IPRD) additional secretary Vidhu Bhushan Choudhary, who has been transferred to the industries department in the same capacity.Special secretary in the State Election Commission Sanjay Kumar has been posted as additional secretary in the urban development and housing department, while director (administration) in the education department Manoranjan Kumar has been posted in the science, technology and technical education department in the same rank.Bihar State Warehousing Corporation (cooperative department) managing director Gagan has been transferred to Gaya as the municipal commissioner. Additional secretary in the transport department Krityanand Ranjan has been shifted to Nalanda as its municipal commissioner. Urban and housing department additional secretary Manoj Kumar has been posted in the industries department in the same rank, while youth, employment and skill development department additional secretary Hemant Kumar Singh has been posted as secretary in the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC).Tourism department joint secretary Pradip Singh has been transferred to the State Tourism Development Corporation as additional managing director.Supaul deputy development commissioner (DDC) Sara Ashraf has been transferred as food processing director in the industries department, while Motihari Sadar sub-division officer (SDO) Nishant Sihara has been posted as DDC of Muzaffarpur district.
