Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Police on Wednesday arrested a 29-year-old man and seized 24.44 grams of heroin from him at the Banderdewa check gate here, a senior officer said.Itanagar Capital Region (ICR) Naharlagun SP Nyelam Nega said the person was identified as Godak Rajesh, a resident of Raga in Kamle district. He was detained at the check gate and a search led to the recovery of 19 vials containing heroin.The contraband was concealed inside his helmet and wrapped in a black polythene bag
