Mumbai: A 62-year-old woman died by suicide by jumping off the 31st floor of a Goregaon East highrise on Sunday. She did not leave behind a suicide note. Police said she landed on the seventh floor podium of the society. She was under depression and was taking treatment.Police said the woman does not live in the highrise where the incident occurred. She had accompanied her husband to an acquaintance’s house party at the highrise. During the party, she excused herself and went to a room from where she is believed to have jumped off.
