AERION LEGAL is set to appoint Vaishali Sharma as a partner, where she will lead and strengthen the firm’s trade mark Prosecution, brand strategy and advisory Practice.
Sharma is joining AERION LEGAL with over 13 years in intellectual property law, including a long stint at Anand and Anand, where she has been associated since 2018. She is currently closing her exit formalities and is expected to join AERION LEGAL shortly.
Her experience includes advising leading domestic and international clients on complex brand protection strategies, managing IP portfolios, and providing strategic advisory services to businesses expanding across digital and international markets.
