Prayagraj: UPRTOU conferred degrees on 30,886 students during its 21st convocation ceremony, with all degree certificates being uploaded digitally through DigiLocker.Governor Anandiben Patel presented gold medals and degrees to meritorious students. Ramya Singh, a BSc student from the Ambedkar Nagar study centre, received the prestigious Chancellor’s Gold Medal for emerging as the university’s best performer across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. She also secured three additional gold medals, making her the highest medal winner this year.A total of 18 students received gold medals during the ceremony, including 12 female and six male students. The event was attended by Higher Education minister Yogendra Upadhyay, minister of state for Higher Education Rajni Tiwari, Cabinet minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’, Vice-Chancellor Prof Satyakam, faculty members, officials and a large number of students and their families.
