The software was developed by a Maharashtra-based company.During the meeting, University of Kerala officials said that it had decided to move away from K-Reap and adopt a custom-developed ERP system. The council discussed the need to ensure uninterrupted inter-university services as universities shift to separate ERP platforms. It proposed developing a common software system to handle services shared by different institutions. The minister directed universities to ensure that their ERP systems are integrated with Academic Bank of Credits and National Academic Depository. He also instructed officials to ensure that degree certificates are made available to students through DigiLocker on the day examination results are declared.
