Vadodara:Two siblings died after a wall of a dilapidated house collapsed on them in Mahisagar district on Thursday morning.The incident occurred around 11am in Khata village of Virpur taluka when three-year-old Radhika Pagi and her two-year-old brother Ayush Pagi were playing in a field behind their house.According to locals, the children were playing near the abandoned house when one of its walls, weakened by the heavy rains in the area, suddenly collapsed. The children were trapped under the debris and died in the incident.Locals rushed to the spot and removed the rubble to pull the children out, but both had succumbed to their injuries.Mahisagar has been witnessing heavy rainfall for the past three days, with the downpour also causing flooding in several villages.
