D2L brought together higher education leaders, educators and innovators from across India at D2L Connection: New Delhi, convening more than 100 attendees from across the higher education ecosystem to examine how technology can help institutions respond to changing learner expectations, workforce needs and the growing demands of global competitiveness.
Held at the Shangri-La Eros New Delhi, the event explored the changing higher education landscape and the role of technology in shaping more engaging, flexible and future-ready learning experiences. Discussions centred on key priorities for institutions, including ensuring students are job-ready, supporting faculty, demonstrating quality and strengthening institutional competitiveness.

The event brought together perspectives on artificial intelligence, digital transformation, online and blended learning, accreditation readiness, learner engagement and institutional competitiveness.

One of the key highlights of D2L Connection: New Delhi was the Learner Experience Session, where a student shared firsthand how D2L Brightspace supported their higher education journey.
The session brought the learner perspective to the centre of the conversation and reinforced the importance of measuring digital transformation by its impact on learner engagement, confidence, progress and success.
