Amritsar: A tipper truck loaded with sand lost control, mounted the divider, and overturned, resulting in three cars parked nearby or passing through coming under its impact and suffering extensive damage.A senior police officer who was at the site informed the media that as soon as the police received the information, a team rushed to the spot, and the injured were immediately shifted to the hospital, where they are undergoing treatment.
Sources, however, indicated that two people are critically injured and several others sustained serious injuries, though the police did not yet verify these claims. After the accident, the tipper driver fled the spot. A case was registered against him, and a search is underway.
