Theon Group has expanded its pharmaceutical manufacturing footprint through the Slump sale acquisition of Maneesh Pharma Unit VI in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.
The acquired unit will operate under the name Zoevita Lifesciences Ltd. This development marks an important milestone in the Group’s growth journey and reinforces its commitment to expanding manufacturing capabilities and strengthening its presence in the pharmaceutical industry.
With an established presence in pharmaceutical manufacturing, Theon Group continues to pursue strategic growth opportunities that support its long-term business objectives. The addition of Zoevita Lifesciences Ltd. reflects broadening of its operational capabilities and building a more diversified pharmaceutical manufacturing platform.
Located in Baddi, one of India’s prominent pharmaceutical manufacturing hubs, Zoevita Lifesciences Ltd. will form an important part of Theon Group’s expansion plans. The acquisition is expected to support the Group’s evolving business requirements and create opportunities to serve customers across domestic and international markets.
This development also reflects the Group’s continued commitment to operational excellence, quality-driven manufacturing and long-term customer partnerships. Zoevita holds WHO-GMP certification, as stated in its current company credentials, and has international regulatory approvals or market authorizations associated with the following countries and authorities like Ethiopia (EFDA), Tanzania (TMDA), Uganda (NDA), Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Yemen.
The company also positions its operations with reference to USFDA and EU compliance expectations.
Zoevita operates a modern manufacturing facility designed to support efficient production, consistent product quality, and growing customer requirements. The facility currently manufactures pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products across three key dosage forms: tablets, capsules, and sachets.
It has an annual manufacturing capacity of 3,000 million tablets per year, 150 million capsules per year and 30 million Sachets per year
With a continued focus on infrastructure development and business expansion, Zoevita is progressing toward the addition of oral liquid manufacturing sections. These planned developments reflect the company’s ambition to broaden its manufacturing capabilities and address a wider range of pharmaceutical & nutraceutical market opportunities in India and overseas.

Theon Lifesciences Limited is our newly established, state-of-the-art sterile manufacturing facility located at Derabassi, Mohali, Punjab, India. Theon Lifesciences Ltd. operates a manufacturing facility designed in accordance with US FDA guidelines and EU-GMP standards with capabilities in liquid injectables, lyophilised (freeze-dried) injectables, ophthalmic preparations, ampoules and vials, supporting the Group’s injectable and specialised pharmaceutical portfolio.
Our new facility has been designed and developed in compliance with EU Annexure-1 and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, reflecting our strong commitment towards quality, compliance, and global regulatory standards.
The plant has already commenced commercial production and is conveniently located near Chandigarh International Airport. Theon Life Sciences received WHO GMP certificate in the month of May 26, Our PICs audit from Ukraine has already been approved last month.

Theogen serves as the marketing arm of Theon Group, focusing on the marketing and commercialisation of generic medicines, expanding market reach, and strengthening the Group’s presence across domestic pharmaceutical markets.
