PATNA: Police resorted to lathicharge in Patna to disperse aspirants of the Teacher Recruitment Examination (TRE) 4.0 who were protesting for the release of the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) examination notification on Friday.The aspirants had gathered to press for the timely announcement of the TRE 4.0 notification, alleging delays in the recruitment process and seeking clarity on exam schedules. The protest escalated as a large number of candidates assembled, prompting police intervention to control the situation.The situation turned tense as police used force to disperse the crowd.Further details are awaited.
