Salem: Governor R N Ravi on Thursday presented gold medals and degree certificates to students at the 24th convocation ceremony of Periyar University in Salem.The governor presented gold medals and degree certificates to 358 students who completed their doctoral studies and 110 who topped in postgraduation and under-graduation. A total of 468 students received their degree certificates from the governor on the stage.
