Rourkela: Suspended BJP functionary Prakash Paswan, arrested in connection with the recovery of firearms and live ammunition from a room at Rourkela Circuit House, was taken on a two-day police remand on Saturday for further interrogation. While being escorted by police after being brought out of jail, Paswan claimed there was a conspiracy to malign the image of his minister. With Paswan’s arrest, the total number of people held in the case has risen to 12.
