Star Singer contestant Surya Narayanan is leaving no stone unturned to impress music lovers, and his latest performance proves the same. In the recent free-hit round, Surya sang the all-time favourite Amme Amme, originally rendered by Madhu Balakrishnan, and left everyone stunned with his soulful rendition.In the recent episode, Surya kickstarted the competition with the song that won singer Madhu Balakrishnan the Kerala State Film Award. Undoubtedly, he nailed it with his rendition. From the improvisations to the aalaps, he left everyone stunned. Soon after the performance, judge K. S. Chithra rang the buzzer, announcing it as a golden star performance.“Sweet kisses to Madhu Balakrishnan for this song. Even today, everyone loves to watch him sing this song live at stage shows.
