Shimla: Himachal Pradesh chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu on Wednesday congratulated DK Shivakumar on assuming office as the chief minister of Karnataka after he was sworn in at a ceremony held in Bengaluru.Sukhu, who also attended the ceremony, said Karnataka would witness accelerated growth and development under the leadership of Shivakumar. He said that the state would enter a new phase of progress and prosperity under his guidance.
