Global law firm White & Case LLP is continuing to expand its Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice with the addition of Sue Nieto as a partner in Washington, DC.

Sue advises on mergers and acquisitions involving public and private companies, private equity funds, SPACs and joint ventures across a variety of sectors. She joins White & Case from Reed Smith, where she was a partner. Sue’s prior experience includes serving as in-house counsel at a quantitative trading firm.
