Buxar: More than 135 innovative science projects were showcased at a one-day science exhibition organised at Nagar Bhawan on Monday under the Mission Gyanarjan initiative. Buxar DM Sahila, senior district officials and parents of participating students were present on the occasion.The exhibition aimed to encourage students to explore emerging technologies, develop innovative ideas and strengthen their scientific temperament. Students from PM Shri Schools and Adarsh Vidyalayas across the district participated enthusiastically, presenting models based on scientific concepts and their practical applications.Students of Govt Engineering College, Buxar, also displayed advanced projects related to civil and mechanical engineering, artificial intelligence and earthquake-resistant construction. The projects highlighted the use of science and technology in addressing real-life challenges.Among the major attractions were models on environmental conservation, including an air purifier designed to tackle air pollution. Students also showcased AI-based applications, models demonstrating the principles of magnetism and several projects related to life sciences and the application of science in everyday life.The exhibition provided students with a platform to demonstrate their creativity, innovation and problem-solving abilities. It also gave visitors, particularly young people, an opportunity to learn about emerging technologies and scientific ideas.Officials from the district administration and education department attended the event. Organisers said such exhibitions help promote a scientific outlook among students and encourage them to pursue innovation and technology.
