Chitradurga: A Class 10 student died by suicide after falling from the third floor of DVS School in Bharamasagara in Chitradurga on Monday.
The student is Krotresh, 16. The incident has been captured on a CCTV camera. The reason for the suicide is not known yet. Police said the student died on the spot as his head directly hit the ground.
A case has been registered at Bharamasagara police station. Police handed over the body to his parents after a postmortem, and the investigation is on.
The school administration was not available for comment.
