Kanpur: A clash broke out between two student groups late Saturday night at Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology (CSA). A video of the incident went viral on social media. Several students were injured in the late-night conflict.The violence occurred between Agri Business Management (ABM) and PhD students after a dispute. ABM students reached the PhD scholars’ hostel, arguments began between both sides, and the matter escalated to violence.Some students brought sticks and rods. Some of them were injured in the mutual fighting. The incident continued while CSA’s security department did not even get a hint of it. It was reported that CSA guards reached the spot after the incident. Regarding the matter, CSA’s Dean Student Welfare Mukesh Srivastava said that the injured in the incident were sent for treatment. “A detailed investigation will be conducted on Monday”. tnn
