The 350th Shaheedi Diwas (Martyrdom Day) of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji, knownas “Hind di Chadar” (Shield of India), is being commemorated to honor hissupreme sacrifice for religious freedom. Major events are being held atNanded and then in Navi Mumbai. District administration organised a bikerally in order to raise awareness among the masses in Nashik city. Therally was flagged off from Nashik city police headquarters today byCollector Ayush Prasad, Commissioner of Police Sandeep Karnik in whichpolice teams also participated. The bike rally was carried out fromcommissionerate of police and it traversed through Gangapur Road till JehanCircle, from where it went up till CCM and then returned to the HeadQuarters.
