Gorakhpur: Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat will arrive in Gorakhpur on Feb 14 for a three-day visit to participate in programmes being organised as part of the organisation’s centenary celebrations. During his stay, he will attend a series of meetings and interactions focused on reviewing past activities and planning future initiatives linked to the centenary year.According to RSS Goraksh Prant publicity department, Bhagwat will reach Gorakhpur on Feb 14 evening. The next day, he will address a ‘samajik sadbhav’ (social harmony) meeting from 9.30 am. The meeting will be attended by prominent social representatives from across the province, including individuals from various castes and communities who played a significant role in promoting social harmony. Bhagwat is expected to interact with participants and share his views on social cohesion and unity.Later, from 3 pm, he will participate in a ‘pramukh jan goshthi’, in which leading figures from different sections of society will discuss focus on strengthening mutual trust, coordination and cooperation among diverse social groups.On Feb 16, Bhagwat will hold a meeting with RSS functionaries from 9.30 am to review centenary programmes and discuss future. At 5 pm, he will address a ‘kutumb sneh milan’ programme involving RSS workers and their families. All events will be held at Baba Gambhirnath Auditorium, Taramandal attendance will be by invitation only.
