Nagpur: Days after the murder of Pawan Suryavanshi (18) at Manewada Ghat due to gang rivalry in south Nagpur, an attempt was made to kill his close associate Dinesh Solanki (18), a resident of Siddheshwari Nagar.Dinesh survived the attack. Hudkeshwar police have registered a case of attempt to murder against Aman Narhare, his 5 accomplices.Police said Aman and Dinesh were long-standing rivals. On July 27, after performing Pawan’s asthi-visarjan, Dinesh was walking towards Tapasya Chowk for snacks when Aman and his gang intercepted and attacked him. Dinesh dodged the blow and fled. He later lodged a complaint with Hudkeshwar cops.TNN
