BATHINDA: The poster and official launch date for the hologram world tour of slain rapper Sidhu Moosewala, titled ‘Signed to God’, have been released.Accordingly, the first show using hologram technology will be held in Toronto, Canada, on October 8. Ten shows will be organised in the first phase at various locations, including London and Los Angeles. A new track and merchandise named after Sidhu Moosewala will also be launched at the Toronto event.In the poster, Sidhu Moosewala has been shown standing on a hillock in a packed stadium, with two lions on either side. One lion is shown roaring, while the other is staring silently.Using hologram technology, Sidhu Moosewala will be shown live on stage in a 3D holographic performance featuring speech and audience interaction. Holographic technology uses light interference patterns to record and reconstruct three-dimensional (3D) images. Unlike flat photos or standard screens, holograms capture spatial depth, so the image changes perspective as the viewer moves.Sidhu Moosewala’s father, Balkaur Singh, will travel to Canada for the launch of the world hologram tour. He said that 10 shows have been planned across Canada, the UK and the US.Sidhu Moosewala was gunned down in Jawaharke village near Mansa on May 29, 2022, while he was travelling in a black Thar with two friends.
