Srinagar, Aug 20 :The Central government has extended the deputation tenure of IAS officer Shah Faesal.
According to an Office Memorandum issued by the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, a copy of which lies with GNS, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has approved the proposal of the Ministry of Culture for extension in the central deputation tenure of Shah Faesal, IAS (AGMUT:2010), Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Culture.
The extension is for a period of two years beyond 18.09.2026 and up to 18.09.2028, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
The extension was approved on the reference of the Ministry of Culture’s OM No. A-19011/9/2022-Estt. dated 14.07.2026.
Shah Faesal, who belongs to the 2010 batch of AGMUT cadre, is on central deputation with effect from 19.09.2022.(GNS)
