Patna: Seven bodies were recovered from different areas of Maker block in Saran district on Saturday amid severe flooding following the breach of a Gandak river embankment.Police and SDRF teams, along with locals, had launched a search after reports that several people were swept away by strong currents on Wednesday and Thursday.The bodies were recovered after a sustained search and sent to Chhapra Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.
