Almost four months after opening its first two U.S. locations in Los Angeles, Olive Young is bringing its Korean beauty offerings to even more American cities, thanks to an exclusive partnership with Sephora. Starting Aug. 20, 19 Korean skin-care brands will be available in 500 Sephora locations and online, with a different curation of products across each location.
“Partnering with Korea’s number one beauty and health retailer, Olive Young, expands U.S. consumers’ access to an unparalleled assortment of Korean beauty, giving beauty lovers the opportunity to explore and try some of the most coveted brands and formulations from Korea,” Sephora EVP of Merchandising Carolyn Bojanowski said in a statement.
The mix includes both established Olive Young bestsellers (such as Banila Co, Ma:nyo and Torriden Abib) and newer viral brands like Arencia and Whipped. It’s all skin care (for now?), and products lean heavily into barrier repair, hydration and PDRN-infused formulas. Brands like Abib, Rejuran Cosmetics, Sungboon Editor and Heveblue all have hero products built around the regenerative ingredient.

“By combining Olive Young’s merchandising expertise and trend-driven curation with Sephora’s exceptional global retail platform and client experience, this partnership will make the very best of Korean beauty more accessible than ever before,” Do-young Kim, executive vice president of U.S. Merchandising at CJ Olive Young, said in a statement.
The U.S. debut will launch with a dedicated Olive Young space at Sephora’s Times Square flagship in New York City. Later this year, the partnership will expand to additional global markets, including Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, with the Middle East, the UK and Australia planned for 2027.
