Following fashion’s dazzling Cruise 2027 runways — Gucci in Times Square! Dior in L.A.! Louis Vuitton shutting down The Frick Collection! — the industry is gearing up for Haute Couture Week in Paris. Scheduled for July 6 through July 9, Haute Couture Week brings together top French and international fashion houses twice a year for a spectacular display of sartorial mastery.
The fashion-packed week is hosted by the Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode (FHCM), which is also responsible for putting on Paris Fashion Week. The organization is comprised of three committees — Haute Couture, Womenswear and Menswear, to be exact — which each work to develop their respective specialities. The Haute Couture Committee builds upon the legacy of the Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture that was first established in 1911.
Today, Haute Couture Week spotlights unparalleled innovation and creativity (read: the best of the best), featuring mainstay maisons like Schiaparelli, Dior, Chanel and Balenciaga, among others.

What’s New
Indian couture designer Manish Malhotra is making his Paris Haute Couture Week debut on July 8. Malhotra, who launched his namesake label in 2005, recently dressed Camila Mendes and Karan Johar at the 2026 Met Gala. This season, fashion insiders can also look forward to Pierpaolo Piccioli’s first couture show for Balenciaga since joining the Spanish house in 2025, as well as Duran Lantink‘s debut couture collection for Jean Paul Gaultier. Valentino now shows during January’s couture week, so the Alessandro Michele-helmed label is sitting out this July.
